New Tower Expansion

A multi-phased, ground-up expansion delivering a four-story, 106-bed patient tower with ICU, NICU, operating-room growth, and pharmacy tenant improvements. Outcomes included increased capacity and ADA upgrades.

Pediatric Surgical Suites

Vertical expansion over an active emergency department, adding dedicated pediatric surgical suites. Integrated with existing façades and circulation while maintaining continuity of care and minimizing disruption.

CT Scan & Control Rooms

Third Linear Accelerator

Sixth-floor remodel of an older, fully operational NICU. Added 12 private patient rooms, relocated fetal diagnostics, and improved existing nurse stations. Coordinated acoustical requirements and NPC bracing.

New CT scan and control rooms within shelled Radiological Oncology space. Included custom casework developed through user meetings, improving workflow and storage, enabling in-department CT imaging.

New basement-level LINAC vault and reconfiguration of radiation oncology spaces to improve flow and adjacencies. Included ADA upgrades and phased construction to maintain patient and staff circulation.
